Hi! I’m Michelle, I discovered my love for baking as a child in my grandma's kitchen watching her and my aunt making over the top old school wedding cakes. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a passion as I spent countless hours practicing, learning new techniques, watching endless amounts of youtube videos, and experimenting with flavors and designs. Seeing the joy my cakes brought to others inspired me to keep going and to push myself to improve with every order. Today, I’m proud to be the owner of Cakes by Michelle, my home-based cake business built from the ground up with dedication, patience, and love. Since 2019 I've made custom cakes for all kinds of celebrations, from birthdays to weddings and everything in between. For me, every cake is more than just dessert; It’s a centerpiece, a memory, and a way to make someone’s special day even sweeter.
